Brooklyn Grooming was founded by McKenzie Santiago and Alfredo Ortiz Catedral with a simple notion to create authentic and natural products using trusted ingredients such as organic vegetable butters, beeswax, herbs, and essential oils. The beard oils contain a combination of Sesame, Hempseed, Jojoba, and Argan oils.

BEARD OILS

The Commando beard oil incorporates an exotic oil – Kukui Nut – which has been used for generations in Hawaii for soothing sunburned skin. The Williamsburg beard oil has a nice mix of sharp and clean from the cedar and light and refreshing from the ylang ylang essential oil.

SHAVING OILS

Men have been shearing their beards long before the advent of canned chemical foams and synthetic shaving creams. Return to the tradition with the natural shaving oils containing organic sesame and avocado oils.

BEARD BALM

The Classic Beard Balm is the same mineral-rich formula as the Whiskers Beard Oil but with the addition of unrefined beeswax and nourishing shea butter maximizing cling for longer, thicker or coarser beards. The balm can healthfully weigh-down fly-aways between trims, soften the feel of the whiskers and even act as a styling pomade for the facial fuzz.

TATTOO BALM

Most ointments made for tattoo aftercare are loaded with suffocating petroleum jelly which can cause irritation, clog pores and seal off the skin from the oxygen necessary to the healing process. Brooklyn Grooming’s Tattoo Balm contains nourishing, regenerating anti-fungal oils and butters known to help ease swelling, calm irritation and in turn aid in the healing process.

FACIAL SERUM

Compared to lotions and moisturizers which hold in moisture by basically blanketing the face, facial serums are made up of much smaller molecules that have the ability to penetrate far deeper into the skin delivering nutrients that improve and enrich the production of new skin from its inception.
