Creator of Mike’s Hot Honey. Discovered spicy pepper infused honey in a pizzeria while hiking through a small town in Brazil. Came home to Brooklyn and spent seven years perfecting his own recipe: a secret mix of honey from Pennsylvania, chilies from Minas Gerais in Southern Brazil, and vinegar. “It’s always been a dream of mine to become a condiment man, and I feel like I’m taking the steps necessary, at this point, to reach that goal.”
