Hudson Made was founded by Bill Hovard, at his beautiful home in South Kortright, NY. His philosophy is to return to the roots of America, a time when craftsmanship and quality were valued above machinery and quantity. For him, quality means knowing a product’s story, which means knowing the artisan who crafted it, knowing from where the product came and how far it traveled, and knowing what makes this product unique and how it can enhance your life.
WOSE (Working on Style Elements) was founded by Riccardo Gismondi. He was born in Macerata, Italy, in the region of Marche, the most renowned hub of leather manufacturing and shoe making in Italy. He inherited the art and passion for shoe-making from his grandfather, who spent all his life in a little workshop crafting handmade shoes.
